Jede:r Spender:in muss die zur Durchführung der Spende notwendigen wahrheitsgemäßen Angaben im Spendenformular eingeben. Bei der freien Betragswahl achten Sie bitte auf die Eingabe eines korrekten Betrags. Gespendete Beträge werden nicht zurückerstattet.Mit Durchführung der Spende bestätigt jede:r Spender:in, dass der gewählte Betrag der Initiative Honduras zur Verfügung gestellt wird und im Sinne des BGB § 516 ff eine unentgeltliche Zuwendung darstellt. Die Spende (Geldbetrag) wird als Schenkung angesehen. "Unentgeltlich" bedeutet, dass keine Gegenleistung erbracht wird und die Spende ausschliesslich für den auf dem Formular angegebenen Zweck verwendet wird.Die eingegangenen Spenden werden, abzüglich tagesaktuellen Währungstauschgebühren und/oder zusätzlichen Transfergebühren, ohne weitere Abzüge z.B. für administrative Aufgaben oder Reisekosten für den jeweils auf dem Formular angegebenen Zweck verwendet. Im Anschluss an jede Spendenaktion wird ein Bericht hierzu veröffentlicht.Spenden an die Initiative Honduras sind nicht steuerlich abzugsfähig. Spendenbescheinigungen für steuerliche Zwecke können nicht ausgestellt werden. Bei jeder ordnungsgemäßen Spende erhält jede:r Spender:in eine Bestätigung der Spende an die von Ihnen angegebene E-Mailadresse.
